                            Medical Coding is the conversion of a patient's healthcare diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment received, equipment used, and other procedures by a healthcare professional into alphanumeric codes.                          Medical Coders use a set of previously assigned codes for coding purpose. These codes includes ICD, CPT and HCPCS.                             A callus is a rough, thickened area of skin that appears because of repeated irritation or pressure to an area of skin. Calluses usually develop on the palm of the hand and soles of feet. Calluses aren't due to underlying diseases. Examples include poorly fitting shoes, frequent use of tools or instruments, frequently walking barefoot or frequent friction to an area of skin.
